Liquid Grip is no joke! I used it for the first time at the Europa Show of Champions and I was amazed by how much better it was than chalk. I finished the 355 pounds per hand farmers walk and my hands still looked like I had just put it on! Liquid Grip is sure to be a part of my training from now on.
